Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return / cancel your order up to 30 days. You then have 14 days to return the item to us. Returns are at your own expense as stated in our terms and conditions.

Pack your return shipment well

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

When is my return processed?

We aim to process your return within 5 working days after delivery and as soon as this is the case you will receive a confirmation from us immediately. Has the period of 5 working days passed? Please contact our customer service, it may be that we have not yet been able to process your return due to circumstances.

When will I get my money back?

The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which you paid within 14 days after the return has been processed.

Damaged upon receipt?

If the item is damaged upon receipt, we ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible: info@everplant.nl . We request that you send a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the included packing slip. If we do not receive complete information, it may take longer before we can handle the damage report.
